Our main dish was the Three Flavors and this was by far the prettiest dish. It had a really nice variety of veggies (pumpkin, eggplant, tofu, onions, sweet basil, bell peppers, and mushrooms) and the colors were really pretty.

Why is it that when vegan’s ask meat eaters to eat one meat-free, dairy-free dish instead of their usual flesh and potatoes for one meal, they act like you are trying to poison them?
